Commencement of Licensing of Builders and Registration of Coretrade Personnel

BCA Licensing of Builders Act: ( Circular BCA19dec2008)
Licensing of the Builders commences in 16th December 2008.
After 16th June 2009, all builders must posses a licence issued by the Commissioner of Building Control.
The HWU degree courses are acceptable as a qualification for the Technical Controller for General Builder GB Class 1 Licence.
The Diploma courses delivered by us are acceptable for the Technical Controller for General Builder GB Class 2 Licence.
