Rate: 4.78%, minimum annual salary: $12,000.
Handling charge: 2% of Loan amount
Note: For $12,000 loan; The monthly installment for 36 months will be $359.

Criteria of the NTUC loan:
i) Target at any working gainable individual, who has aspiration to pursue further study in Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor or Masters.
ii) Min individual income is $24,000 or a guarantor with salary of min $24,000Terms and Conditions) Max loan amount is 8 x salary or 90% of course or 4 x salary of guarantor with salary of >$24,000
ii) Loan Max amount is $30,000
iii) Repayment period is min 1 year and Max 5 years
iv) Current Prime rate is 5%, Interest Rate is Prime + 0.5% = 5.5%

Your loan will only be approved upon the offer letter issued by the University, however, you may first call them to discuss your situation (your earning, credit, commitment, repayment period etc) so that you will gauge your application eligibility and prepare all the necessary documents required by the bank. A letter indicating you are applying for the course can be issued by us to assist your application.
